it’s late april, the days are getting longer, the sun brighter, and the festival season lies ahead.
this project is back from college times. our mission was to stay at one place for 24 hours and collect any kind of data to create infographics from them. a friend and i decided to stay at the viking music festival ‘ragnarök’.
in the nature of festivals, we collected random information, like how many visitors are wearing a kilt, drinking their beverage out of a drinking horn, or measured their beard length – in knots. according to the viking theme, i created a cloth leporello with embroidery, only using the shades of brown and printed on beige paper.
in our fast-paced world, and social media causing a smaller attention span, infographics are ideal to convey information at a glance. furthermore, i am always looking for a creative way to illustrate the related theme. this makes them stand out and actually engaging.
